We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When using the website for information purposes only, if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

(2) Integration of Google Maps

a) On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

b) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data specified in § 3 (1) of this declaration will be transmitted. This is regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in with or whether no user account exists. (1) The connection to our website is made via an unsecured connection. Please note that conventional e-mails are only sent unencrypted. It cannot be excluded that third parties may read or even manipulate the transmitted data. It is best to send us confidential information by post or fax.

§ 3 Collection of personal data

(1) We process personal data of customers and other parties involved for the processing of mandates given to us in the field of work-oriented management consultancy. The processing of the data is absolutely necessary to process the mandates. Without the processing of the data, we cannot process the mandates given to us. The legal basis for customers is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DS-GMO, for other parties Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GMO.

(2) We pass on data within the scope of the projects to freelancers and cooperation partners. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GMO. To which persons data are passed on varies from project to project. The “BlueAnt” software stores which persons have access to the data for the respective project.

(3) Customer data will be deleted ten years after the last order by the customer. The period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the last invoice was issued.
