§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When using the website for information purposes only, if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO):

(2) Integration of OpenStreetMap

a) In order to visualize geographical information, maps from OpenStreetMap are integrated into this website. OpenStreetMap is a free project that collects freely usable geodata and makes it available in a database for general use (Open Data). These services are operated for the OSM community by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom.

b) In order for the maps to be displayed to you, information about the use of this website, including your IP address, is forwarded to OpenStreetMap. In addition, a so-called session cookie is set in your computer, which is deleted when you close your browser after your session. § 3 Collection of personal data

(1) We process personal data of customers and other parties involved for the processing of mandates given to us in the field of work-oriented management consultancy. The processing of the data is absolutely necessary to process the mandates. Without the processing of the data, we cannot process the mandates given to us. The legal basis for customers is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DS-GMO, for other parties Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GMO.

(2) We pass on data within the scope of the projects to freelancers and cooperation partners. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GMO. To which persons data are passed on varies from project to project. The “BlueAnt” software stores which persons have access to the data for the respective project.

(3) Customer data will be deleted ten years after the last order by the customer. The period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the last invoice was issued.
